Our Therapists

Jason Campopiano PT, Cert MDT
​
Jason is a Queensbury native and graduate of Northeastern University. He opened Local Motion Physical Therapy in 2011 with his wife Amy, to provide quality and personal rehab care in the Glens Falls area.
Jason has been practicing physical therapy for over 25 years in outpatient facilities. He is credentialed in the McKenzie Method for diagnosing and treatment of low back and neck pain. Jason enjoys treating all ages and abilities with a focus on strength, mobility and balance for all.
Jason is an experienced outdoor athlete and brings this background and focus to his athletes that he treats.
In his free time, Jason tries to keep up with his wife and 3 kids in the mountains of the Adirondacks and New England.

Whitney Hurlbert, PTA

​Whitney is a 2021 graduate of SUNY Herkimer with 4 years of experience treating patients with various orthopedic conditions and has a specific interest in post- operative care. She enjoys a hands-on approach to helping her patients through their recovery journey
and in attaining their goals. In her free time Whitney enjoys rec softball, exploring the Adirondacks and spending time with her pup!

Marie McWhorter, PT

Marie is a highly experienced and caring physical therapist who has been in practice for more than 25 years. She has worked in hospitals and rehabilitation facilities throughout the northeast.
​
She enjoys travelling around the country to volunteer for disaster relief and studying Karate. ​

Lindsay Santamore MPT, CLT-LANA
​
Lindsay received her Bachelor's degree from Clarkson University in 2003 in psychology and in 2005 received her Master's degree in Physical Therapy. She has worked in numerous outpatient orthopedic settings in MA and NY, settling in the Glens Falls area. Lindsay has a background in breast cancer rehabilitation with a focus on orthopedic limitations. She is dedicated to returning patients to their own personal passion, with the use of education and proper mechanics to avoid re-injury.
Lindsay has participated in numerous continuing education courses the past 14 years which include kinesiotaping methods, McKenzie treatment of the lumbar spine, manual therapy methods, rehabilitation of total joint replacements and implementing yoga into physical therapy practice.
Outside of the clinic, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She practices yoga and enjoys running and kayaking.

Chris Graves, PTA

Chris is a skilled and patient physical therapy assistant who has been treating patients for many, many years. She enjoys engaging with patients of all ages and helping them meet their rehabilitation goals.

Her hobbies include canning foods, visiting and laughing with friends, pickleball, exercising and bunco.​

Amy Campopiano RN, Office Manager

Amy is a 1997 graduate of Northeastern University. She coordinates and manages all aspects of the clinic and has been here since our opening in 2011. She enjoys interacting with our patients, making sure things are running smoothly and that everyone is happy and has what they need.
​
Amy's hobbies are: meddling in her children's lives, running, climbing, hiking, reading and traveling with her husband.
