Jason Campopiano PT, Cert MDT
Jason is a Queensbury native and graduate of Northeastern University. He opened Local Motion Physical Therapy in 2011 with his wife, Amy Campopiano, to provide quality and personal rehab care in the Glens Falls area.
Jason has been practicing physical therapy for over 20 years in outpatient facilities. He is Credentialed in the McKenzie Method for diagnosing and treatment of low back and neck pain. Jason enjoys treating all ages and abilities with a focus on strength, mobility and balance for all.
Jason is an experienced outdoor athlete and brings this background and focus to his athletes that he is seeing.
In his free time, Jason tries to keep up with his wife and 3 kids in the mountains of the Adirondacks and New England.
Kate Pratt PT, DPT
Dr. Kate Pratt grew up in South Glens Falls, NY, and earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Sage Graduate School in 2010. She has been practicing in orthopedics since graduating and has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients who have musculoskeletal diagnoses. Kate's interest in orthopedics began with her own experience as a high school athlete with knee injuries. She has completed continuing education coursework in Kinesio Taping, evaluation and treatment of shoulder pathologies, and the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT), and has participated in several community events to include a Senior Fitness health fair at the Queensbury YMCA, the Adirondack Sports and Fitness Expo in Saratoga, and presentations to local sports teams regarding proper stretching techniques and dynamic warm-ups.
Kate has a particular interest in helping her patients rehabilitate athletic and/or recreational injuries and return to their activity of choice. She knows that every person and injury is different and approaches each case as such, creating customized treatment plans in order to maximize functional gains and achieve optimal therapeutic benefits. Outside the clinic, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, Greg, her son, Vance, her stepchildren Ally and Ethan, and the family pets. She also enjoys playing ice hockey with her team, the Saratoga Storm.
Lindsay Santamore MPT, CLT-LANA
Lindsay received her Bachelor's degree from Clarkson University in 2003 in psychology and in 2005 received her Master's degree in Physical Therapy. She has worked in numerous outpatient orthopedic settings in MA and NY, settling in the Glens Falls area. Lindsay has a background in breast cancer rehabilitation with a focus on orthopedic limitations. She is dedicated to returning patients to their own personal passion, with the use of education and proper mechanics to avoid re-injury.
Lindsay has participated in numerous continuing education courses the past 14 years which include kinesiotaping methods, McKenzie treatment of the lumbar spine, manual therapy methods, rehabilitation of total joint replacements and implementing yoga into physical therapy practice.
Outside of the clinic, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She practices yoga and enjoys running and kayaking.
Kayla Malmgren PTA
Kayla received her Bachelors from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2011 and completed the PTA program at SUNY
Canton in 2014. She has worked in inpatient and outpatient settings utilizing a variety of skills as a
licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Kayla enjoys working with patients of all ages and abilities while
helping them reach their individual goals. She is passionate about helping people move better and feel
Kayla enjoys all the Adirondacks has to offer. In her free time, she enjoys running, yoga and spending
time with friends and family.
